Add a device to the user.

This supports two kinds of devices that can be added: a device that has been ordered from us or a device purchased separately. If the device is supplied by us, you would need to provide the brand, model, and MAC address of that device. Otherwise, if the device is one you already own, you will need to specify the brand as "other".
